Our Coach

Our head fitness trainer Dean Robinsons is one of the best fitness trainer availabe in our city. The Fitness Trainer will instruct or coach groups or individuals in exercise activities, demonstrate techniques and form, observe participants, and explain to them corrective measures to improve their skills. Good Personal Trainers ask quality questions and really listen to their client's response. Not only should you listen to your client's feedback about the workout, but you should also take an interest in what is going on in their life.
